The Flow State – also sometimes known as being in the zone – is a term used to describe a harmonious and intrinsically rewarding state of effortless excellence, in which one is completely absorbed in an activity.

Would you like to use the Flow State to improve your tennis and your enjoyment of it? The good news is . . . you can!Flow in tennis is one of the most treasured and memorable sporting experiences the tennis player will encounter. Crucially, flow is not an unattainable, ethereal, phenomenon that is the preserve of a select few. Rather, it is a state of consciousness that can be developed.

This session on ‘The Theory And Practice of Flow in Tennis’ is suitable for anybody who would like to use the flow state to develop their tennis and to improve their enjoyment of tennis while also learning more about themselves. All ability levels are catered for.

To ensure a bespoke experience, the session is delivered on a 1:1 basis and can take place in-person or online. It costs €60 and lasts for up to 90 minutes.
