What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy. It is a psycho-social intervention that aims to improve mental health.
How does CBT work?
CBT focuses on challenging and changing unhelpful thinking and behaviours, improving emotional regulation, and on the development of personal coping strategies that seek to address current issues.
At Cogbeh consultations can take place in person or online. They cost €60 per session and last for roughly 55 minutes. The number of sessions required varies from person to person but the average is between 6 and 20.
As a client you do not have to commit to a specific number of sessions and you can drop out at any time. Contact me for a free initial phone consultation with no obligations. For testimonials click here.
