What is confidence?
Confidence is a skill, much like technical skills and just like with any type of skill, confidence can be developed through focus, effort, and repetition.
Sports Confidence involves belief, trust and reliance in one’s own abilities. It can be bolstered at times by others’ belief in us but, ultimately we have to believe in our own abilities to go out there and perform our best. This presentation seeks to ensure that this can happen at both individual and collective levels.
